The Kent Teen Council is a program that encourages local teens to take a more active role in their community. As part of their outreach efforts, they hand out pocketed folders with an informational packet inside. I was tasked with updating the folder to appeal to their target audience while keeping it informative and practical. Knowing that teens would be inclined to write on their folders, I purposely added speech balloons and fill-in-the-blank games to get them started.
